UNDERGROUND MINES: Canadian Artists' Cinema in South America is an ongoing multi-venue tour, commission and research project designed to celebrate Canadian and South American experimental & analogue filmmakers.
The project is an expansion of Media City Film Festival's Mobile Frames Residency programs, and one of several initiatives that provide ongoing free-form residency and commission resources for artists working exclusively with analogue film. The program is curated and organized by Oona Mosna.
